Refund Policy
What we do instead: free fixes
If something in your game isn't right, we fix it at no cost. Email hello@custominvitational.com with your order number within 30 days of your game going live, and we'll correct:
- Misspelled names or nicknames, or details that don't match what you entered in the form
- A game link that doesn't load or a game that doesn't work as described
- Story lines you'd like reworded because they don't fit your crew
Mailed gift cards
If your mailed card arrives damaged or is lost in the mail, tell us within 30 days of your game going live and we'll reprint and resend it for free. We can't reprint for an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout, or replace a card because it arrived after a holiday.
Cancellations
Orders can't be canceled after payment, because we start building your game right away.
Check before you buy
The builder shows a live preview of the golfer, course and title. There's no test drive of the finished game, so please double-check spelling in the form and the shipping address at checkout, since that's what we build and mail from.
Play window
Each game is playable for 12 months from the day it goes live. The end of that window isn't grounds for a refund.
