Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you build and buy a game at custominvitational.com, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your game details: the names, nicknames, stories, inside jokes, colors, messages and any logo or photo you enter in the builder.
- Order details: your email address, and your shipping address if you buy a mailed card.
- Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
Only to build your game, deliver it, email you about your order, ship a mailed card, and answer your questions. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who helps us
We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- Stripe processes payments.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and stores orders.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Anthropic provides the AI tool that drafts each game's story from your game details.
- Prodigi, our printing partner, receives the card design (which includes the gift message) and the shipping name and address for mailed cards.
Information about other people
Games include details about the golfer and their rivals. Please share only what those people would be comfortable seeing in a lighthearted game, and never private details like addresses or phone numbers.
Your browser
The builder and the game save your progress in your own browser's storage, so you can come back to where you left off. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order details for as long as your game is online (12 months from the day it goes live, or longer if extended) and as needed for our tax and accounting records. To have your game and its details deleted, email us with your order number.
Children
Purchases are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
